By using Keados Express Delivery Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide courier and delivery services within Lagos Alone. Our services include:

• Same-day & express deliveries
• Secure handling of packages
• Delivery fee depends on the weight of the item and the delivery location.

3. Booking & Payment

• Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or phone call.
• Payment must be made before or at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed.
• Once a delivery has been scheduled, cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Delivery Policy

• We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If we cannot complete a delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the sender will be responsible for rescheduling fees.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:
Illegal substances or items
Explosives, weapons, or hazardous materials
Perishable goods without proper packaging
Any item that violates Nigerian laws

6. Liability & Claims

• We take secure handling seriously, but in rare cases of loss or damage, we will assess claims based on our limited liability policy.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Compensation for lost or damaged items will be limited to the declared value or as agreed upon before shipping.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services means you accept any modifications.
